• special tariffs included in "MICE & more's special offer for OFFF 2012" are valid for the bookings of minimum 3 nights of stay;
• the number of rooms available in "MICE & more's special offer for OFFF 2012" is limited; the rates offered are subject to availability in the moment of booking and they will be reserved on a "first-come, first-served" basis;
• if the hotel you have selected is fully booked we will offer you a room in another hotel of the same category;
• during 24h from submitting the booking you will receive via e-mail the confirmation of the pre-reservation for the requested rooms as well as detailed booking policy and payment instructions of the selected hotel;
• during 3 days after receiving booking confirmation by mail, you should send us back your acceptance of the detailed booking conditions of the selected hotel; in case of not receiving your confirmation your pre-reservation will be cancelled.
